Who we are

A stronger Aotearoa through fostering and growing careers with Pacific Islanders and Māori in New Zealand’s Technology Sector

Elevating Aotearoa's Future began through the recognition of the under-representation and under-valuing of the contribution that Pacific Islanders and Māori have to offer in the fast growing, high demand technology sector.

Seeing the cost, time and relevancy challenges faced by candidates today, we created an industry ready training programme coupled with guaranteed employment opportunities.

With the bulk of job growth in fields that require high degrees of social and emotional skills (World Economic Forum (2016), New Vision for Education: Fostering Social and Emotional Learning through Technology) our technology workforce needs to represent the population it serves.

Our commitment is to deliver the true social and economic benefits of diversity through action.
